A Big Week in Auctions!

This has been an exciting week for us at Joe R. Pyle! Holding a total of seven auctions this week, we had the opportunity to sell some beautiful and unique properties.

On Wednesday, September 12, we headed up to Morgantown, WV to sell the one of a kind Mermaid Penthouse. This penthouse encompasses 2 levels of unparalleled elegance. This Smart Home features imported Italian marble floors and custom finishes, 2 opulent masters with balconies and hot tubs, theater with full bar, private elevator, 360-degree views, sprawling terraces & many more extravagant features. Five licensed parking spaces and storage cage in private garage. Full access to the Marriott Pool & Fitness Center with discounts for the spa, Bourbon Prime and hotel rooms. Selling at $1.43 million, you may have missed you chance at this property, but be sure to take a peak at our past auctions to check out a virtual tour.

In addition to this luxurious penthouse, we were able to sell a 50’s inspired classic diner in St. Albans, WV. After serving many satisfied customers in its retro atmosphere, the Red Line Diner sold for $193,600. The contents of this diner were sold with the building. While we don’t exactly know what’s next for the diner, we were happy to sell a fully operational restaurant that can serve as a turn-key business opportunity for an auction goer.
