It is unknown as to whether the statute of limitations for the prior owners on the property to file a suit to contest the validity of either the initial tax sale or the deputy commissioner sale. Tax Title Services will insure the title. Seller hereby agrees to pay half of premium of title insurance. Seller willing to owner finance with 20% down payment.
