A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. Debit cards may show a hold on funds for a short period of time. Nothing will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted. Invoices will be posted within 24 hours of the close of the Auction.  All sales are final. Items are sold AS-IS, with no warranty expressed or implied. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Joe R Pyle Auction Service may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. REAL ESTATE TERMS: 10% nonrefundable down payment made day of auction with balance due at closing. No financing contingencies will be entered into the contract. Any required inspections must be completed prior to bidding. Property is being sold as is, where is with no warranty written or implied.   

Property will be sold free and clear of all liens. 60 days given to close. Announcements sale day take precedence over all advertisements published. 10% Buyers Premium will be added to determine final contract price.  Name of purchaser on contract must be the name of the winning bidder or an entity which the winning bidder legally represents.  No exceptions.
